Notis was birthed out of frustration for the inadequate organization options available for accountants. Universally accountants all complain it’s hard to manage client documents.
Notis sought to rectify this, and file rooms were replaced with task management suites. These suites tell a unique story, including who was assigned to the task, the communication trail between firm employees and clients, and how many hours of service an employee has exhausted on that specific task.
The resulting upgrade ensures files don’t get lost and makes communication more transparent. No more waiting for information or being inundated with low-priority calls and messages about work.
